Christa Clark is the second of seven children in a Pastor’s family from Siloam Springs, AR. She accepted Jesus as her Savior as a young girl and has spent more than twenty years growing in the Lord and sharing His love with others. She has been married to her husband, Jason, since 2006, and they have three children: Bailey, Caden and Devan. They enjoy playing outside, taking pictures, watching Cardinal’s Baseball and doing art projects together as a family. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Organizational Management and Ethics from Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
She has been serving children in the church in various capacities for nearly her entire life including volunteering in Church Nurseries, MOPS, Staff Childcare, AWANA, Toys for Tots and a weekly puppet drama called the Castle Theater. She has served as a curriculum coordinator, and elementary coordinator in a local Baptist church. She loves serving in the church setting and was called into Children’s Ministry in 2012. She has served as House Mother for the past two years at the Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children in a home for at-risk girls. She is now very excited to join the staff at Sequoyah Hills Baptist Church as the Children’s Minister and continue following the Lord’s will for her life.
